“Meet the Roasters” is a series that tells a story of coffee roasters who have the same ambition as TYPICA Holdings, Inc.We interviewed Leaves Coffee Roasters, whose concept is “from a town roastery to the world.”Focusing on a coffee roaster, Mr. Ishii’s daily life, we created a documentary movie that realistically shows him moving forward toward his goals.
